The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a refrigerator and coffee maker. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Plus, the location is perfect-close to restaurants and shopping, made everything convenient.

The person who was in charge of the breakfast room was wonderful. I believe her names is Lucy. She was the best. She kept the room clean. We showed up right before breakfast ended but she did not push us out and told us to take our time. She offered her help in any way

Mattress wasn't very supportive, the pillows were lumpy, the temperature was hard to control in our room and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.

The beds were clean and comfortable.
I booked a room online with two queen beds. When I got there they said they were out of these rooms and said they were upgrading me to a suite. "The suite" was a room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa. I was very disappointed and they didn't even care. The pool is cold and uninviting. I'm mentioning it since the pool was one of the amenities that made me pick the hotel. Overall the hotel is not worth the premium they charge over a cheap clean motel.
